(March 2, 2021) In some ways, singer and songwriter Miracle Thomas has been a wonderful secret held tight by the DC area. The expressive vocalist, who was mentored in the early 90s by the legendary Superstar singer Carl Anderson had a string of regional hits and concert successes.
But Miracle’s first run never reached the heights her talent warranted. After taking years off from the recording industry to raise her family and get involved in autism awareness (her son “Truck” is on the autism spectrum), Miracle returned to the music scene three years ago to take her second shot with music, and now the world is hearing her talent.
Miracle has had a string of hits in the UK, and now she is poised for acclaim on both sides of the Atlantic with her hot new collaboration with Cool Million’s Rob Hardt, “I’m All You Need.” With the feel of a classic Toni Braxton/Babyface number, the song is a melodic midtempo that accentuates Thomas’s rich tones and gives a steady groove that keeps everything moving along nicely.
Kudos to both Thomas and Hardt for providing the kind of classy adult soul number that never goes out of style. Check out “I’m All You Need” below, and welcome Miracle Thomas to SoulTracks.
