(October 29, 2016) SoulTrackers have previously read articles from us about songwriting, production and performing team of Stuart Mather and Chris Kingdon. The duo scored big last year with the big selling album, Life Is So Sweet, which topped the Amazon UK albums chart and climbed to #1 in the UK Soul charts.
Well, there will be more of Mather and Kingdon to come, but in the meantime, Stuart Mather is releasing a solo album, No Looking Back, on November 4. The first single from the album is a nice midtempo cover of “I Can’t Forget About You,” a song that was originally a hit in 1979 for Detroit singer Ronn Matlock.
