(September 19, 2025) “Music is the universal language, and I intend to speak to the world through my music.” Those are the words of Marshall Titus, an internationally-known and award-winning singer, songwriter, producer, and actor.
Titus – who was born in Chicago and is currently based in Hamburg, Germany – has worked with the likes of disco/house singer Linda Clifford and famous Temptations’ lead Dennis Edwards. When it comes to his own music, though, Titus brands it as “GlobalSoul”, as he aims to touch the soul of humanity.
His latest offering of GlobalSoul is his new single, “Let It Out”, which he co-wrote and co-produced. It’s a guitar-driven song featuring Titus’ husky vocals and slick rap midway through. He sings this encouragement in the chorus:
Let it out
Don’t let what people tell you getcha down (oh no)
If ya gotta scream and shout
Let the world keep spinning round and round
Through this song, Titus can no doubt appeal to the soul of humanity because of the challenging times we all face. Negative situations can cause any human being to feel an abundance of fear, anxiety and frustration. It’s all too easy to hold in these troubling emotions but rather than do that, Marshall Titus is urging you, me, and everybody to free ourselves and “let it out.”
This new song will appear on his upcoming EP entitled, Marshall Titus V. The full EP will be released on all digital platforms on October 3rd. Listen to “Let It Out” here.
