May 19, 2020 — Sometimes artists quietly drop their best tracks into movie soundtracks, inspired perhaps by the visuals or the challenge of writing something on demand. The singer and songwriter Lucky Daye has done just that for The Photograph, a new film starring Issa Rae, which includes his latest single “Fade Away.”
It’s a graceful ballad with an updated 90’s vibe and Daye’s trademark muscular yet sensitive and subtle vocals. Enjoy.
