(February 2, 2018) When you talk about star pairings for songs, it doesn’t get much bigger than this one. Justin Timberlake today is issuing his new album, Man of the Woods, an album of both solo material and several collaborations.
For today’s SoulTracks First Listen, we’re featuring the duet of Mr. Timberlake and talented songstress Alicia Keys. “Morning Light” is a loping ballad with an R&B bass line running throughout, and a message of gratitude for a love found:
Look, every time there’s a new sunrise
I open up my eyes
And I say to myself, “In the whole wide world of guys
I must be the luckiest alive”
