Without a doubt, one of the brightest new stars of the Gospel world is singer and musician Jonathan McReynolds. His crystal clear, tenor voice is a marvel, and on his most recent album, Life Music, Stage 2 (see our review), he brought along an amazing set of songs to give us one of the best albums of the year of any genre.
One of the songs that we can’t get out of our heads is Jonathan’s beautiful duet with his friend (and longtime SoulTracks fave) India Arie. Co-written by the two along with Shannon Sanders, “Whole” gives a beautiful perspective on life and God’s role in it. And the two singers meld beautifully.
