(December 7, 2017) Less than 30 seconds after Jesse Campbell launched into “A Song For You” during the Blind Auditions phase of Season 2 of NBC’s The Voice, all the judges – Adam Levine, CeeLo Green, Christina Aguilera and Blake Shelton – spun around. That’s the kind of voice that the talented singer and songwriter possesses. But Jesse wasn’t new to the game when he appeared on that show. Some SoulTrackers may remember him from back in the day when landed the hit single a couple decades ago, “When U Cry, I Cry.”
Jesse is now back with a cool new single, where he takes on a Bill Withers classic and gives it a terrific, jazzy spin that puts the song in a new light that works just fantastic.
