James Day has developed a reputation over the years as a classic songwriter for modern times. In the process of creating his studio albums, he has teamed with such great artists as Donnie, Audrey Wheeler, Gavin Christopher and many more. And he’s been rewarded by our readers as a finalist for the SoulTracks Readers’ Choice Award.
James is currently working on his next album, a tribute to the art of songwriting that he is co-writing with some of the most influential songwriters of the past 30 years. Those include two collaborators on his newest single. Grammy winners Gordon Chambers and Paula Cole join James and production partner Gil Small on the powerful “Forgiveness.” The result is another winner from one of our faves.
