(November 3, 2020) Playing to sold out shows across Europe has turned UK singer-songwriter Jake Isaac into a highly sought-after artist. He has also worked with notable artists such as Elton John and Shuggie Otis, while releasing critically acclaimed EPs along the way. Isaac is in great position to continue that momentum and gain more exposure in the US and around the world the release of his newest single, “Good.”

On this guitar-driven ballad, Isaac shares vocals with fellow UK singer Tertia May, as they profess how much they need the one they are with. The melodic hook of “You’re the only one, the only one I love; no good with no one else, I’m only good when I’m with you” is one that is direct in its core, but powerful in its delivery.  While Isaac states that “Good” was a bit of a stretch for him, in a musical sense, he and May make it look and sound easy.  Their chemistry is solid on this track, and compliments the stripped musical arrangement, resulting in more of an emphasis on their vocal performance.

Hopefully there is another EP or album that is coming soon, but in the meantime check out “Good” and let it hold you until the next official release.
