(December 10, 2025) Over the past couple of years, singer Heidi Tann has leaped onto soul and jazz charts around the world with a series of tasty singles aimed at music-loving (and often radio fatigued) fans looking for melodic, well-performed songs for adults. She has connected with those fans, and should continue that love affair with her newest single, “Spread Love This Christmas.”
Written by Heidi and produced by longtime collaborator LaVelle Powell, “Spread Love” rides the line between soul and jazz nicely, with a steady groove that is accentuated by the sax solo of Willie “Fly” Johnson. And the message of spreading joy to both friends and strangers during the holiday season certainly resonates at this time of year.
