(January 26, 2018) Singer and songwriter Esnavi has gathered an audience over the past few years — her song “How Beautiful Is He” has over 1 million streams on Spotify — with listeners attracted to her soulful voice and her always interesting take on love and relationships.
It’s been a bit since we’ve heard from her, but Esnavi is back with a brand new single that should please her many fans. The smoky ballad “The Way” tells the story of a woman asking her man to give her what she really needs in a relationship and – to quote the movie Jerry McGuire – to help her help him. “Show me the way / show me what it feels like / show me how to love you.”
Her vocals sound great as always, and the cut provides a cool, late-night vibe that works just great. Esnavi tells us: “’The Way’ is a very vulnerable song in which I’m expressing my desire to be shown how to love the love of my life. I wanted to make sure that it showcased a raw and real side of my emotions. With its honest sentiment, soulful groove and infectious hook, I was able to achieve that.”
