(September 14, 2019) Noted Los Angeles producer and musician Danny Mills has made a name for himself around the world, and he brings his experience and his sense of the groove to his newest single, “Good To You (Get Closer).” Featuring The Voice alum TJ Wilkins, the song has a Marvin Gaye vibe and the kind of nighttime feel that SoulTrackers will absolutely love.
The song is the first single from the compilation Ghetto Serenate (Soulful Music from the Block) America to Africa. This disc is released to raise funds and awareness to benefit the global anti-bullying/anti-racism movement, and features music from Ne-Yo, The Alabama Shakes, George Clinton and more.
The video for “Good To You” captures the feeling of new love, and of the magnetism of two people being brought together. It works well with the song and gives a personal feel to all that is happening in the tune.
