We introduced SoulTrackers to uber-talented, Ferguson, Missouri singer Brian Owens three years ago when he released his debut album, Moods & Messages. Since then, Brian has continued to expand his territory with more new music and performances all over the world.
Brian is about to release a new single that captures the best of what he does. It is a classic soul ballad with restrained production behind his expressive vocals. “Beautiful Love” has the vibe of classic Curtis Mayfield, but it is new and a fresh sound for 2015. And folks on CBS thought so to. They featured the song three weeks ago on the television show The Bold and the Beautiful.
The song may be new to all of us, but it isn’t entirely new. Brian tells us: “I wrote Beautiful Love 12 years ago about a young lady that had completely blown my mind. 11 years and 5 kids later she continues to inspire my life and music with her beautiful love!”
