(January 3, 2022) 2021 was a breakout year for London-based singer Ania Garvey. Her single “Take Your Time” became an instant dance hit and won for her a SoulTracks Readers’ Choice Award nomination.
Now as the new year arises, Ania has laid her powerful vocals on a new dance single that pairs her with longtime ST fave Binky Womack. Produced by Metro Beatz, “Anywhere” compels us to the dancefloor with an infectious beat and earworm melody. And Ania and Binky have a real chemistry on the alternating vocals.
Ania tells us, “This soulful dance collaboration came as a result of our Soul Tracks nominations for Male Artist and New Artist of the Year. We were always socializing and toying with the idea of a duet and here we are bringing it to fruition. With this song, ‘Anywhere With You,’ we realize that there is a need to supply mood music and specifically music that makes you feel like dancing. We want to leave an impact with this gem and have people wanting more. Maya Angelou said it best: ‘People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you make them feel’.”
