(September 23, 2026) We’ve been following the talented vocal quartet All-4-One from the jump on SoulTracks, and the group, consisting of original members Jamie Jones, Delious Kennedy, Alfred Nevarez, and Tony Borowiak, is still extremely active 30 years after scoring the #1 breakout hit “I Swear.”
All that being said, it has been a long 11 years for us since we last heard new recorded music by A41, so it is a special treat to learn of their upcoming January 2027 Fab Four tribute album, The Soul of The Beatles – Reimagined, and to hear the first sneak peek from the disc, a stripped-down performance of “Can’t Buy Me Love.”
The group said the decision to make this album “grew from our deep appreciation for the emotional power of The Beatles’ songwriting. We welcomed the opportunity to explore a single catalog and present its themes of love, hope, reflection and human connection in a new musical setting.”
“Can’t Buy Me Love” focuses largely on the always-exquisite harmonies of All-4-One, with a finger-popping, horn-filled backdrop that works nicely, giving the song a fresh, somewhat nostalgic feel. And as with a lot of the A41 catalog, “Can’t Buy Me Love” does a good job straddling the line between pop and soul, and should be a nice fit for their legion of fans around the world.
Check out this new take on an old favorite, and welcome All-4-One back to SoulTracks.
