Filippo Perbellini & Francesco Montisano Orchestra make a “Declaration”

(April 24, 2026) Starting today, Friday, April 24, “Declaration” (Trifonica Records), the new single by Filippo Perbellini & Francesco Montisano Orchestra, is available on all digital platforms.

There are moments that make no noise, yet shift everything. They remain suspended, taut like strings, while something builds inside, asking to be spoken. “Declaration” is born exactly there: in the fragile and irreversible instant that precedes a truth.

The track is a musical exploration of one of the most universal experiences: the courage to say what you truly feel. It tells of that silence, dense with meaning, that anticipates words capable of redefining relationships, changing directions, and opening new chapters. An invisible breaking point where hesitation and desire, fear and momentum coexist.

From a sonic perspective, “Declaration” unfolds through refined and dynamic orchestration that supports and amplifies the narrative tension without ever dispersing it. Filippo Perbellini’s voice moves with intensity and control, holding back and releasing emotion, while the arrangements by the Francesco Montisano Orchestra create a wide, elegant space charged with anticipation.

The result is an intimate yet universal piece, continuing the two artists’ journey in contemporary orchestral storytelling: a language capable of blending emotional songwriting with a cinematic breath, always keeping the urgency of the narrative at its core.

Because sometimes, everything begins with simple words. But saying them is the hardest act.
