Livin Out Loud was founded in the United Kingdom with members Reuben MacCalla, Sylvia MacCalla, Lisa LaShawn, and J. Martini. They had success there as a club act and landed a hit the cut "All that Really Matters."
The group received its big break in 2006 as the opening act for Ne-Yo when he toured the UK. Livin Out Loud will be releasing its debut album What About Us in the US on July 17, 2007, via Universal Music Group’s, Fontana Distribution. "Do Your Thing," an upbeat track, will be the first single to be released from the album.
