Professor James Roberson is the President & Founder of JDI Records, Inc. as well as a Grammy-nominated music producer who has produced music for such diverse artists as Kirk Franklin, Howard Hewitt, Dorinda Clark-Cole, Vanessa Bell Armstrong, Norman Hutchins, etc. Featured in the Wall Street Journal and USA Today as one of America’s top young entrepreneurs, Professor Roberson has a Masters Degree in Business Administration & worked for Capitol Records before starting JDI. With a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture & a graduate of the Grove School of Music, Roberson is also a Professor of Music at UCLA, where he’s been on faculty for the past 12 years
