For years now, we’ve been singing the praises of soul and dance music producer, Dee “Kejam” Majek. Dee has been racking up fans in the UK and elsewhere for awhile now, and more recently folks here in the States have come to love his work.
Dee has not one but two new albums coming out in the near future. His Japanese release, Majek, will feature some of his favorite singles he has issued over the past few years. And on July 4 he will be hitting the street with his Rebirth EP, which will feature some new material. One of the cuts on the Rebirth project is a very nice uptempo number featuring SoulTracks Readers’ Choice Award winner Cleveland P. Jones on vocals. It’s another gem from two of our faves, and we’re proud to present the World Premiere!
Dee tells us, “First we gave you an eargasm with “My Love.” Now Cleveland and I are bringing quality which we call sublime music to connect with real soul lovers. ‘Never Listen,’ ‘When It Rains’ and ‘Fly Free’ are the best songs I’ve put out thus far. My father recently passed away and ‘Fly Free’ is dedicated to him.“
