Terry Ellis is best known as one of the member of the iconic group En Vogue.

Ellis hit the public eye in the late 1980s when she, alongside Cindy Herron and Maxine Jones, formed En Vogue. With their harmonious vocals and stylish flair, the group quickly became a sensation, achieving numerous chart-topping hits, including “Hold On,” “My Lovin’ (You’re Never Gonna Get It),” and “Don’t Let Go (Love).”

Both as a member of En Vogue and as a solo singer, Terry Ellis has won over a generation of fans for her smooth voice and funky style. The Houston native played a key role in the emergence of En Vogue as one of the great vocal groups of the 90s, and also has supported other artists, including Toni Braxton.

In between En Vogue reunions, Terry Ellis has fashioned a solo career, and even movie cameos.
