Well, it’s that time of year again. We’re proud to announce the finalists for the 2008 SoulTracks Readers’ Choice Awards, the biggest awards in the world dedicated to independent soul music. The growth of Soul Music over the past year has been phenomenal, and so has the quality. This year’s finalists, selected by a nominating committee of nearly 2,000 soul music artists, publicists, writers, etc., are superb and represent all that is great about Soul Music in 2008.
